Acne is lessening, but WHAT THE HECK ARE THESE?

I've had acne for around 4 years. It's been gradually lessening this past year, but I have these really weird things on the nose-side part of my cheeks. Like, the vertical strips (but not skinny, medium thickness) of skin next to my nose. Maybe they're pores, but they're ridiculously huge and impossible to get rid of, at least with whatever I've tried: cleanser, moisturizer, epiduo, clindamycin is my regimen.

These are it. How do I close them up?

I heard Selsun Blue's salicylic or some Retinoic Acid or Tendskin but....should I try those?

They are just enlarged pores. You could try exfoliation and clay masks. If that doesn't work you can go to a dermatologist to talk about chemical methods such as Retinoids or SA, but try the gentler options first.
