noether 0 Share Posted September 7, 2004 Yes, twice a day does include baths. Washing your face more often is unnecessarily irritating. If you take your shower right after work and would prefer to wash your face before bed, then just splash your face with water in the shower to get the visible dirt off but don't use a cleanser.
