Quitting smoking is a given

Exercise will benefit you in many ways, I'm not sure it'll help acne but it will improve stamina and reduce stress

Eat healthier and replace all drinks with water

Cheers, well you would not believe how much water i drink! I drink a good 3 litres some days. Does tap water differ to bottled water though?

I didn't think smoking had an effect on acne though or is that a stupid point..

Think i'm going to kick the habit anyway and start exercising :)

thanks

Yeah i tend to drink bottled water but we have none in the house today and i seem to drink less when i have to drink tap water! I do notice bottled tastes much nicer..

Haha yeah well there is no sun about at the moment, cloudy sky, rain but yeah good advise will be putting on some good SPF soon! :surprised:

i find that exercising is great for acne. i have oily skin and sometimes i get sebum plugs. by exercising i get a good sweat going which helps my skin clear dead skin cells and push out the gunk in my pores. plus i can run for days now.

working out will help stabilize your body heat.

healthy diet will help stabilize acne as .. and prevent breakouts...

but you sound like a nub to me, you should go on and read more threads in this section.
