My Regimen...how I will (hopefully) get clear skin

After researching, trying so many products, and just not caring anymore, I've decided what I'm going to do. This post is mainly for me to keep up with my results, but if anyone else sees it, I hope it helps you!! Here is background on my skin:

skin type- combination/sensitive

acne level- light

acne type- blackheads, whiteheads, occasionally mild nodules

scarring- scars easily

This is my new plan :)

I've learned that it's better to start with the inside of your body than out. When there is an imbalance in your body, whether it be hormonal or blood sugar, that's when it happens. So I'm going to...

1) BETTER MY DIET

-make sure I eat healthy foods

-stop eating sugary foods (chocolate's my weakness)

2) EXERCISE

-try to exercise at least 30 minutes a day

3) WATER

-drink at least 6 glasses of water a day

4) SLEEP

-get at least 8 hours of sleep a night

5) VITAMINS PER DAY

-take 1000mg Vitamin B (Pantonetic Acid)

-take my regular multi vitamin

-take omega-3

-take 200 IU

6) LOWER STRESS

-try to not get stressed as often

Even though good skin starts from inside the body, washing externally should help too.

7) USE GENTLE CLEANSER

-use something without the salacylic acidc or benzoyl peroxide

-wash once a day with...

-maybe Plantogen Foaming Cleanser For Oily/Combination Skin (all natural, has vitamins and witch hazel, about $50 online but got it for $5 at TJ Maxx)

-maybe Yes To Tomatoes (all natural, tomatoes unclog pores)

-maybe Cetaphil

8) USE A GENTLE MOISTURIZER

-aloe vera gel!!

It's actually very simple. Just make myself healthier and wash my face with a gentle cleanser once a day. I'll track my progress :)
