Im not sure if its staph but I would say its infected. You really need antibiotics. Its yellow and pus filled. Not a good sign. I would go to any type of dr you can get an appointment with. Even try a walk in clinic. do not wait

That's definitely infected. You need go to a doctor and get antibiotics ASAP; since it's Sunday, I might even go to an Urgent Care if you can, because you need to get that treated before it becomes a problem.

The only way to know for sure is to get your doctor or derm to do a skin culture to determine what type of bacteria ae present. You can then get the appropriate treatment for the infection. In the meantime, don't panic, don't touch it/burst it, if they rupture clean with an antibacterial solution gently, one that is for the face, and cover them if you can. If it is staph, any touching at all with hands, or any other instrument can spread it, so minimise touching as much as you can. Get yourself a doctor appointment as soon as you can, so you can find out what you are dealing with.

check into perioral dermatitis or sebboric dermatitis. Its actually like a rash thats easily confused with acn©. I had perioral dermatitis and mine started similar to yours. Its Under the rosecea and facial redness section

Also have this problem, like rocketboy. But i have staph in my nose/throat and pus are yellow. Already had a course of Acnetin - cool result, but after ending of taking that - problem returns. I think because i have a staph and temp 37-37.2 about 4 years...
