First, you will need the follow supplies:

1.) Non-drying cleanser- preferably- Cetaphil

2.) Prescription strength Retin-A

3.) Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Wash face with Cetaphil, let skin air dry. Wait 30 minutes and then apply a small amount of Retin-A on entire face. Then wait about 20-30 minutes and smear a light layer of Olive Oil on face. Do this every night.

Then, for a once a week treatment use either of the following:

1.) Lemon juice/sugar scrub: Squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon into a bowl, set aside. Wet face with warm water then pour sugar into your hand and gently scrub face with it for about a minute. Then dip hands in the lemon juice and smooth onto face and continue to scrub for another minute. Wash.

2.) Honey and Avocado cleanser: Mix one avocado and 1 tblsp honey together. Smooth mixture over entire face and neck and massage for one minute. Then rinse completely.

Supplements:

1.) Fish Oil- Use the liquid form for better results. Take one tblsp of liquid fish oil (not pills) daily.

2.) Olive Oil- Drink 1 tblsp of it daily.

3.) Biotin- Take 2 pills daily.

With regular use of these tips your skin will be looking AHHHMAAAZZZING!!! :)
