WHY is the right/left side of my face MORE sensitive than forehead?

Recommended Posts

So i've been using benzaclin (benzoyl peroxide) on my acne and it has done wonders to it. It is probably the only medication that works very well for me. I've been using benzaclin on and off for two years and ive noticed that my forehead is less sensitive to BP than the rest of my face. I mean, I can literally apply 3 pumps of BP to my forehead and it will do its job with nearly no irritation i.e. no redness, minimal dryness, no itchiness. On the contrary, when I apply even a bit of BP to the left or right side of my face, it itches, and become red easily. Does anyone know why?
