I have a question. I'm not really too oily, but my nose and cheeks get somewhat shiny through my makeup. I like the way it looks though, it's a whole lot better than having a completely matte face... a nice change I guess, natural maybe. But.. I feel like just leaving the oil on my face is going to break me out. So does blotting the oil or letting it sit there have any affect on break outs? Like.. will it get worse if I don't blot the oil and powder it, or can I leave the somewhat "dewy" finish I have?

You probably won't break out this way. Your skin's oil by itself doesn't cause a break out -- it needs to be clogged inside the pore and there has to be bacteria for acne to occur. I think if you use non-comedogenic products or things you know not to cause acne for you, you'll be fine if you keep your "dewy" appearance. ^_^
