Can I store BP in the fridge?

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I live in Australia so it's very expensive for me to have acne.org products shipped over to me, so naturally I want to buy around 2 or 3 bottles of BP at once so that I can save money on postage.

I was wondering if it was possible to store my BP bottles in the fridge so I can use them after the 2 months or so?

Thank you : )

You'd probably be better off just keeping them in a cabinet at room temp.

Yeah, I just keep mine at room temperature...I don't think they'll *spoil*! :D

Yeah, I don't see the point in keeping them in the fridge... It's not like it'll make them last longer. Besides, the BP bottles last pretty long. I believe the batch number and expiration date are on the bottom of pump bottles and on the crimp on top of tubes.

I wonder, will doing this stop it from being watery?

I found that after m month of using the same bottle of BP, every other time I use it, it's watery, and runs of my finger after a few seconds. This is annoying. If putting it in the fridge can prevent this, then by god, I will store it in the fridge.

You could go to your doctor and he/she may prescribe you some BP. My doctor prescribed me Duac which is readily available in all pharmacies here in Australia, and it's not very expensive. My BP says on the packaging that you're meant to keep it in the fridge. I don't know if that applies to all BP's though.
