Didnt't quite know where to put this but I just need to get this little rant out. So I've been a smoker for about 5 years and as of late I've really been trying to quit and I really have no problem not smoking at the times I ususally would like upon waking up, after a meal and so on. The only time I really crave it is when I'm going somewhere social I just fall back on my cigarettes as a crutch and it just really pisses me off because I can genuinely say that if I did not have acne I could EASILY quit. It's just a vicous cycle that I am in . I want to quit completely so bad but my anxiety just gets so bad if I dont get that smoke . Smoking is awful for your overall health and I lift weights and it does not help with gains. Sorry everyone just had to get this out in the only place I knew I could.
