Work out on the regimen?

I usually work out before bed, take my shower, apply BP, then moisturize, and go to sleep. I'm sure you could do it the opposite as well, like do your work out in the early morning and then shower for the day. It's really up to you. I've worked out in the middle of the day with no ill effects, then again, I'm not one who sweats a whole lot.

I sweat a LOT and run 5 miles a day... It hasn't really affected me... I run first thing in the morning and do the regimen when I get home from the park.
