So i just found out i'm severely vitamin D deficit. Now I'm an IT and a pale redhead so sunlight and I don't spend much time together.Someone told me recently that vitamin D deficiencies can cause acne... would this explain why i start to clear out in sunlight? this is so confusing.

Yup, a little bit of sunlight is good for a person. Just 30 mins a day of sunlight is sufficient enough (as long as the sun isn't so intense that day). Anything more than that, you need sunscreen.

Don''t you ever notice that your skin looks so much better in the summer than in the winter? I do!

real sun seems to help my skin, although I'm not sure the vitamin D supplements I take have any effect on my skin. it's worth a try, though.
