My All In One Solution

Hey guys, this is my first post.

I am looking for an all in solution to my acne, laziness, and outright unhealthy lifestyle.

I am hopeing to start in a week with everything planned and I will log daily and check

off my list daily.

-Drink 8 glasses of water a day (approximately 2000ml)

-Exercise everyday

-Eat three healthy consistent meals

-Sleep minimum 8 hours

-Do not touch, pick, fidget with face

-Don't eat lots of rice, potatoes, white bread, pasta, sugar, soda, sugary drinks, and dairy products to control hormones

-Eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, fish, seafood, and beef

-Moderate stress levels by finishing school work on time

I still need to buy the right products for the regimen

Cleanser: Clean & Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser

BP: STILL NEED OFF THE SHELF PRODUCT HERE

Moisturizer: Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion

Regimen:

Daily:

5:00 AM -------Wake up after 8+ hours of sleep

5:00-5:30 -----Workout/Exercise Core

5:30-6:15 REGIMEN:

-gentle stream of water wash face (use warm water, not the usually hot shower)

-cleanse with cleanser for 10 seconds

-wash with gentle stream of water

-let dry for 15 minutes

-apply BP

-wait 15 mins

-apply moisturizer

6:15-7:00 -----Make and eat breakfast

(School or personal activities)

4:00-4:30------Finish Chores/Wash sheets once a week to prevent bacteria and dirt buildup

4:30-5:00------Workout/Exercise Arms/Legs/ETC

5:00-5:45 REGIMEN:

-gentle stream of water wash face (use warm water, not the usually hot shower)

-cleanse with cleanser for 10 seconds

-wash with gentle stream of water

-let dry for 15 minutes

-apply BP

-wait 15 mins

-apply moisturizer

5:45-8:00 ----- School Work

8:00-8:30------ Make and Eat Dinner

8:30-9:00------ SAT/ACT Practice

9:00PM--------- Sleep

I get too much stress from bad scheduling so this is to help my stay on track. I will post pics daily and update the log daily once it gets started. The only thing holding my back currently would be a good off the shelf BP product. Hopefully you guys can chime in on that.
