Has anyone noticed a difference in their skin when using hard or soft water. I think I have pretty soft water here at my house but when I went to visit my sister in Utah last May, my forehead hairline started breaking out...as well as my back. Then every time I go visit my boyfriend in MD, the same exact thing happens within 5 minutes of getting out of the shower. I use the same face wash and body wash and shampoo...but I break out like crazy after showering there. I'm wondering if him and my sister have hard water and that's why I broke out. Has anyone had experience with this?

I live in an area with hard water, we have a shower filter installed here to remove chlorine and other things in the water (Don't recall exactly) It hasn't really made a difference to my spots (Although mine are only on my chin and I think hormonal)

It has made my hair and skin much softer in general though.
