I actually found a way to control my acne with a somewhat simplistic regimen containing supplements and natural foods.

Here is what I do, in the exact order.

Before Breakfast: Supplements: I like to flood my body with vitamins and antioxidants on an empty stomach

Breakfast - EGG's and a 16 oz. freshly juiced Carrot Juice

In between meals:

These two digestive supplements will help prevent/relieve any digestive problems - in my experience.

Lunch - Eat whatever healthy foods I can find. Usually a large bowl of salad, and a turkey or tuna sandwich

Dinner - Chicken and veggies / Fish and veggies always with a Sweet Potato

Right before bed:

Flood the body with important nutrients:

Vitamin D - No particular favorite. However, make sure that it contains Vitamin k-2 for absorption support of calcium and optimal utilization

Another 16 oz. freshly juiced Carrot Juice

If I am still hungry before bed, I usually eat a big bowl of Salad.

Bottom line is I think that the large amounts of Water, Vitamin A, Vitamin D I acquire through food and supplements have helped minimize breakouts and optimized the functions of every organ within my body. The largest being my skin.

Correct. They should be. However, when taking antioxidants, best absorption occurs on an empty stomach. For that reason, I take them before breakfast. Yes, some of the vitamins (vitamins A, D, E and K) are fat soluble and present in the multi vitamin - therefore they do require complimentary foods/nutrients for them to bond with. I tend to eat the eggs immediately after taking the vitamins and antioxidants. I should have clarified that. I take it before breakfast, instead of after.
