is rice known to cause acne?

and also is it better to eat food in portions to help prevent acne?

I have been of a very limited diet and I'm adding back 2 foods a week.

Rice is in my diet and I'm fine with it. No breakouts.

BUT rice is on the inflammatory side so I eat it with fish to make the meal anti-inflammatory.

If this sounds weird read up about anti-inflammatory diets.

I also won't binge eat because it's hard for your system to digest so much at once and you need to keep your insulin levels stable to prevent acne.

(PS I eat Basmati rice and Rice noodles)
