Hello orgers!

I think I have a stomach virus.. this happened 3 days ago.. at a night where I was in big pain!!! I managed to sleep with this severe abdominal pain and woke up with no pain in the stomach at all, so I assume I got a virus at that night... then I started having watery diarrhea.. so I drank green smoothie, water with fresh lemonade, sprouted brown rice protein powder shake (not a good idea???) :|

Then I started to feel much better... but then I ate normal again and then this problem happened again!! Similar to the pain when I woke up at that night. Is it OK to keep drinking green smoothie, sprouted brown rice protein powder, water-lemonade, and herbs tea for 2 days? I actually did this for a day and it worked.. but the situation came back because I started eating the usual.

I assume I need to see a doctor? I will do this for 2 days and if it happens again, I am going.. no other choice.

I guess if it worked, keep going with it. You might have gastroenteritis, which it basically where something (a virus or something you ate) irritates the intestines and makes you pretty sick. I had it once and I was out for a week, but if you take it easy and keep up with the fluids, it might go away sooner :]

Teas like Fennel. Echinacea, and Goldenseal have great immune boosting and antibacterial properties, and can really help when you're sick.

No wonder why I hear weird noises from the intestines. :P

What to eat after I feel better? Because every time I eat normal once I feel better, I get a sick..

Today I feel good, but a little stomach problem.. What to avoid when I feel better?
