What always help me out with redness and the overall texture in scars, rash, and pimples is using water-soluble (non-oil kind) capsule that you take internally but in this case, you poke it and apply it on the redness. I notice that time will heal these scars better and to make sure not to be aggressive with using harsh cleanser and exfoliates.

I also crush vitamin C and mix it with a little warm water and also with aspirin, somtimes combine, to help with fading (vitC) and exfoliating (aspirin) hyperpigmented scars.

thanks for ur reply! :) i tried it last nigth, and today when i woke up(before i went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror) i asked my boyfriend what he thinks of my face and the red marks and he said it looked better, he said it looks like u have put make up on it. i cudnt belive, cus the red marks had been there for a periode of time now, witout any big changes. so i went to the mirror and it really was a difference :) its not like their gone but they are a bit lighter and my complexion looks more even :)
