Hey. I have quite a lot of red marks, which are flat on the surface of my cheeks and chin and I have been contemplating speeding up the recovery process by using Beta or Alpha Hydroxy acid chemical peels on my face.

I might post pictures if I feel confident enough.

But the dilemma with me is, there is no one place to look to purchase these products! They don't exist in Boots, Superdrug or any high street health chain. I've looked at the stickies but it seems overrun with needless information.

I was hoping someone could help find me a suitable BHA/AHA chemical peel I can use on my face at home.

Thanks.

If you're sure you want to go straight to chemical peels, and not try daily use leave-on type products first, here are some popular sources:

I currently use aquaglycolic facial cleanser and it has been slowly fading my dark marks from acne. I've noticed that it does bring acne to the surface quicker as well. My question is, is a aquaglycollic facial cleanser, followed by a aquaglycolic toner too much AHA?

Thanks all.

I signed up for ebay just to get glycolic acid peel. Its pretty easy.

Sign up for paypal, attach credit card to account so its just like ordering anywhere else online, use ebay.

I use Paula's Choce 2% BHA liquid and 8% AHA. (BHA in the morning, AHA in the evening). I had an initial breakout while my skin purged but now my skin hasn't looked this good in ages. The shipping to the UK is expensive but you can order samples to try first - I would def recommend doing that.
