In my opinion. accutane, the only thing that seems to work well

Accutane is by and far the most powerful drug out of those.

That's not to say some of the others don't work well though.

Dont know what the best is..i am on minocycline. I know the worst treatment is the evil 'Benzol Peroxide'...

accutane's the best, but its also the most extreme.

BP is probably the best all rounder, as you don't need blood tests, you can still go out drinking etc, doesn't strain your liver, doesn't give you stomache cramps , doesn't need a prescription, and it works. (well for mild/moderate acne)
