Does anyone take (or have you taken) Vitamin A?

Can I take it if I am using Retin A? Will it be less effective if I am using Retin A?

(Retin A has helped immensely, and is one of the only things that has made a noticeable difference for me, so taking Vitamin A seems like a good idea)

How much do you take?

What form do you take?

Does it continue to work long term?
