thers a lot of research on scar creams or gels because they are on the market and most don't provide much help. Some swear by mederma and some say it's bs.

My take? Maybe it helps in the healing stage of a wound...but to a scar that is years old probably wouldn't do too much, but some claim it helps reduce it a bit. WHo knows.

The only things that really shown to help scars, commercially, are silicone sheets and not the silicone topicals. Not every silicone sheets are created equal.

how does this look? im thinking of replacing it with my scarzone cream (its too think and not effective)

i think i have some macules and some scarred pores and ice pick scars

Notice that the product description claims to help keloid and hypertrophic scars. Those are raised scars. It says nothing about helping the recessed scars like ice picks or scarred pores.
