Q about Milk/Dairy....

Or just milk/dairy in general? A little confused because right now i'm drinking hot cocoa (NO MILK! :)) but it says that the cocoa mix has the same amount of calcium as a regular glass of milk. So is it the calcium that i'm supposed to stay away from or just dairy in general?

Nope calcium is good for you. Us acne-prone people actually take calcium supplements. Dairy has a whole connection with acne, hormones, inflammation, do a little research you will find why.

You can drink other types of milk though to get what you miss from cow's milk. My view the best choices are hemp, almond, and coconut milk.

Dairy in general.

It's likely either the hormonal or the iodine content of dairy products, not the calcium.

Edit: Though some also blame the dairy protein, the lactose, or the fat. All worth a thought, I suppose.
