Flakey dry dead skin removal

I have been doing the regimen for my back for a while now. It works great however im getting alot of dry, flakey dead skin.

How can i go about removing this? I tried using a loofa (however you spell it!) but i find it very rough and irritating.

Is there a brush like baby hair brush that is used for face but for back instead? Or a different kind of brush that is good for the back?

Hi, I like microdermabrasion machine or crystals scrub, I have my own microdermabrasion machine that I use after a skin peel to remove peeling dead skin or when my skin flake, it also remove the blackhead with the strong vacuum on it, I love it!
