Help with Pores

Im trying to figure out a way to use make up to make my huge pores less noticable. My skin is 90% better since i been doing the regimen but my pores are becoming even more noticable now that i dont have huge bumps and scars everywhere. Any ideas will help, thanks

I also have very large pores and some scars from acne that look like large pores. I recently purchesed a primer, and I believe that it has been helping to fill in my pores. It is called Pure Pores by Joey New York. Its is a pore tightener and filler and is in a gel form. It is around $30. You just have to make sure that the primer is dry all the way before you put your foundation on. And use a light touch with your fingers when applying the makup, you don't want to rub it off.
