Hello i am uploading pics of my scars. currently i am on accutane finishing up and my acne is come down but now i have scarring. i will do scaring procedures in 6months time from the ending.

My question is what kind of scarring do i have? What are some treatment options

In one of the pics i put a square where it really bothers me, its indented hardcore

Any suggestions will help

hey,

the ones circled appear to be boxcar scars and some narrower ice pick scars scattered elsewhere. im sure many would call them rolling scars, but there seems to be a lot of scar tissue, when normal rolling scars typically dont have any scar tissue.

for the boxcar scars you could simply excise them and be done with it. depending on their depth, subcision is also an option. for the ice pick scars, tca cross has been shown to work well.

each of these procedures have been written about extensively and im sure you will find thousands of posts that should help you make a more definitive decision.

overall, you seem to have a nice skin texture and thats something to be really thankful for.

i wish you all the best with your treatments.
