Hey All

Just a quick question, there is supposed to be a laser treatment that can treat active acne...is this true and has anyone had it done??

I really wouldnt like to pay all that money for something that isnt going to work.

Any feedback would be great :)

Smoothbeam seems to be the general acne treatment laser. Vbeam (Pulsed Dye Laser) has also been researched and proven an effective acne treatment but out of the three dermatologists I've talked to who offer Vbeam, each say they do not use it for acne.

Makes me wonder whether they know what they're talking about...

Yes, I just discovered this too:

Pulse dye laser or Vbeam is what it is called. Looks very promising, showing long term results.

And your skin doesn't peel which is nice because at least with bruising you can cover that with make up.
