is it a good idea to switch around home treatments like for example tnight aspirin mask.

then tomorrow night lemon topical. etc.

i use glycolic acid in the morning btw

Moved to the General Acne Products board.

Switching back and forth between various treatments isn't the best idea. It can make it incredibly hard to tell what's working, what's not working, and what (if anything) is making your acne worse.

Better to find one regimen and stick with it for a few months to see how your skin responds, and then you can change or add one factor at a time (and then give it a few weeks or months again) to see how your skin reacts.

That should make it a whole lot easier to discern which products are actually helping and which aren't.

c'est covered most of it but unless your sure that both are working properly. If so then it's fine, but I'd rather use one in the morning and another one at night which is a faster way for your skin to be familiar with, meaning faster results than replacing a product each and every night.
