sleep:

10:00 - 7:00

food:

cinnamon swirl oatmeal

cheetos, gatorade

corndog, banana, medium french vanilla cappuccino

burger king small chicken sammich meal, lemonade, quiznos chocolate chip cookie

i know what's up there ^ looks like it was written by a robot with no shift key, but i will be more (err..) lively at the bottom of my posts where i will update on how i am doing mentally & physically. i will post any withdraws i have along with positive changes in my health such as less head-aces, less acne, and whatever else comes up. i am going shopping tomorrow to try to find a lot of nutritious foods such as vegetables, herbs & spices, fish, teas, ect. my plan is to completely eliminate sugar for 3 months. i will probably throw fruits back in after the 1 month period.
