Was having a low-carb, high protein, high fat diet for a few weeks. I was balancing my omega 6:omega 3 ratio with fish oil capsules, while the bulk of my fat coming from olive oil, almonds and avocados. Still I was having oily skin. I decided to give up and just eat a low-fat high protein moderate-carb diet, and let me tell you my skin is ALMOST COMPLETELY FREE FROM OIL - like i mean that I could go a few days without washing and it would still be completely fine. I know all you paleo people
