Accutane and Jojoba Oil

So my derm says that one aspect of how accutane works is that it reduces the production of oil in the pores where bacteria can thrive. I've always heard that jojoba oil is so great as a moisturizer for acne prone skin because it mimicks human sebum. But if what accutane is trying to do is reduce that sebum, wouldn't jojoba oil just counteract what accutane is trying to do?

Human sebum contains sapienic acid. This acid is only produced in humans, no other mammals produce it.

It comes from the word "sapien" as in homo sapiens sapiens.

Studies have shown that p.acnes feeds on this acid. Obviously it is not found

in Jojoba oil.
