extra dryness of hands from excessive washing of regimen

Guest Timehealsall

Guys ever since i began the regimen, my hands have been getting very dry ( i have been washing my hands with soap 4-5 x a day)

My question is, is it okay to use something like cetaphil gentle cleanser to wash my hands before applying the products on my face? Will cetaphil gentle cleanser get rid of all the bacteria?

i use johnsons baby shampoo, because any other soap dries my hands out.

I'm sure its fine.

is it the one that says "no more tears?"

What do YOU think? Try looking up (on other websites) how to wash your hands for an idea of what's involved to clean the hands properly.

Now, after you've read those links I think you can answer that question yourself. :)
