Hi there

Probably the best treatment is laser. Look into V-Beam pulsed dye laser which has longer results (generally) than IPL. A good laser Derm will give best advice here. If your on Accutane or not long post, remember to wait at least 6 months after stopping treatment before considering laser.

Best, Shantelle

Heya

It could very well be Rosacea, but it depends on other symptoms too. What are the broken capillaries from?? harsh product? flushing? limited sun-protection? persistant redness? Accutane treatment?? does anything trigger the redness? does the level of redness change over the course of the day dependent on the environmental conditions, e.g. wind, sun, warmth, cold etc Is your skin oily, combo or dry? Maybe check out: http://www.rosacea.org/patients/index.php

Regardless of whether it is truely Rosacea, Pulsed Dye Laser (V-Beam) will help if your concern is redness or broken capillaries. There are bound to be different PDL brands, but a specialist laser derm will be the best to give advice here and probably have newest laser technology.

Best, Shantelle

finally the redness is always present..i don't use sun protector cause my skin is very oily and i've a bad acne in the past ( i cure it with a pillow that dry my skin a lot but acne disappear..i don't mind the name of this pillow..) is it possible that this cure induce me this broken capillars?
