Head & Shoulders, drying?

Recommended Posts

I've been applying H&S and letting it stay on the skin during the day but it has left my skin very dry, kind of like when you get a sun tan, before the skin starts to flake.. is that normal? I've heard that some leave it on a few mins in the shower and then rinse it off but that didn't really have any affect on my bacne..

There's no reason to leave the Head and Shoulders on this long. The recommended 3-5 minutes is a better idea. What's happening to your back right now is a chemical burn and your skin will start peeling. That happened to me when I accidentally left it on over night. Not fun! I recommend you stop the head and shoulders until your skin is back to normal and then start again with the recommended time.

I agree with the other guys - the way I get around that problem is to take 2 + showers per day and do the 3-5 minute leave-on and wash off.

Really makes a difference compared to just one shower per day.
