This is a rather open ended question... everyone has different definitions of "sensitive" skin. people say that scrubs with walnut shells in them are bad for you though. (I happen to like the St. Ives apricot scrub though)

St. Ives has a sensitive skin version of the original supposedly harsh scrub (I love the original though), which is supposed to be gentler.

Avon Clearskin line has an antibacterial face scrub, I'm not sure how sensitive skin would handle it though...

Biotherm has a wonderful facial exfoliator... It's very gentle, but it is also one of the more expensive products... it's a "rose" exfoliator or something..

There are tonnes of exfoliating washes out there... Clean and Clear has one for blackheads (but everyone says that it doesn't work on the blackheads, but works wonders at making their skin softer) so you could try that, if you're not willing to splurge just yet (it's around 5 or 6 dollars, depending on where you live)

I hope this helps!
