Yvieve 0 Posted August 12, 2010 I'm currently using a 1.Face Purifier from a very natural and nice brand that is not for acne, but just like Dan's wash (shares MANY ingredients with his.) 2. I wait fifteen minutes until completely dry, then apply Dan's BP. 3. Wait fifteen or so and apply Neutrogena Oil-Free Moisture with a few drops of Jojoba all over face Do you think this is "Following" the regimen? Plus: Should I purchase a 20$ tube of Dan's AHA+? c'est la vigne 14 Posted August 12, 2010 As long as the cleanser works for you, it sounds like what you're doing is fine. As long as you're cleansing with a gentle, non-medicated cleanser, treating with plenty of 2.5% BP, and moisturizing, that's pretty much The Regimen. The AHA can be a nice addition to The Regimen, but you shouldn't add it in until you've been on The Regimen for at least a month and your skin has had time to adjust to the full amount of BP. Yvieve 0 Posted August 12, 2010 Oh I'm sorry about the cross-posting. Sorry. Sorry. Well I've been on the regimen for about....this friday should be my fifth week. My skin in this last week has gotten absolutely fantastic. I'm very impressed. But I just ordered Dan's BP (Before I was using a Neutrogena Cream that came with the Complete Acne Therapy System.) So I'm hoping everything will still work with me when I bump up to the full dose of Dan's BP today! I'm super excited. Oh, and I was wondering if you would recommend AHA+ vs. SA+? Some moderators I've seen use the SA+, not the AHA+. just curious.
