X3Kell3X 1 Posted August 11, 2010 i want to buy some witch hazel because of the reviews ive read. i think it would defiantly help redness and redmarks that i have. but is it okay to use with differin????
biscotte 1 Posted August 25, 2010 I think it should be fine. The only problem might be that it will dry out your skin slightly more. I use retin A and the only toner i can use is Orange Blossom Floral water.
X3Kell3X 1 Posted August 25, 2010 ya i stopped using it cuz my skin was too dry. i might even go to lower dose differin. (from .3 to .1)
SLSL 2 Posted August 25, 2010 I use Dickinson's Witch Hazel in the morning whilst I use Tazorac at night (which is stronger than Differin.) The Witch Hazel does not dry my skin out at all; it is pure Witch Hazel with a low natural alcohol percentage that shouldn't dry out your skin. I actually run it over my flakies and it seems to balance the pH of my skin. It's a small step that makes my skin more pretty than without
X3Kell3X 1 Posted August 25, 2010 ya i used dickersons! idk it just dried out my cheeks really bad. and once i stopped using it my cheeks weren't as dry. im saving it for the day when im off retinods and just need a nice toner
