B5 and Acne

B5 won't help everyone because there are many different causes of acne.

I have mild acne for 15 years and trust me I know.

Acne is the result of outside influences as well as poor dieting as well as hormone levels as well as bacteria.

When I was going to college i would have a lot of stress and break out with Acne.

Changes in season had an affect on my acne. Usually changes to winter and to summer were the worse break outs.

If I eat processed foods like some cheeses and ice creams I would break out.

If i forgot to change my pillow case for two weeks guess what? More acne.

It all depends on your overall health.

B5 can help regulate your hormonal acne which actually is one of the hardest types of acnes to control. but for everyone who still have acne consider that it can be any of these other reasons too.
