Never know till you try. Id be curious to what certain levels people claimed acne under, since I think around 6-12.5mg is what iodoral offers. Most Lugols studies are pretty high as well. I even seen some stuff on side effects of kelp, which I guess could be pointed back to the iodine content. Taking anything that you're not normal to can change quite a bit. Not too mention there are 5+ types of iodine that are out there now like atomic, nascent, the lugol mixture, kelp extracts and there's a seaweed extract from LE which is 1MG per capsule.
Well, excessive iodine intake can effect thyroid function, which can impact skin, although it is generally considered to be rare, I think.
Yeah, most people these days are iodine deficient.
