These products are making my skin worse... What do i do?

I never really cared about my acne before but just recently i decided to take better care of my skin. It's my first time using acne products so im new to all this. Im using Neutrogena oil free acne wash and clean and clear dual action moisturizer for about a week now. I got a few more pimples and after maybe 2 or 3 days, my face is really dry and peeling a little bit. The moisturizer will only work for about an hour and then my face will feel really dry again. So i dont know what to do, should i keep using the products, stop, try something else? Do i have sensitive skin?

Also, my mom bought me oxy, but im a little worried about using it because it has 10%BP.

Is your skin in the same condition now as it was at the 2/3 day mark? Also It's not good to go straight onto 10% BP, It'd be a lot better to work your way up from 2.5%

Your skin is probably sensitive or it could be the ingredients in the products u r using, I've tried both products and I have oily skin, they made my face dry n the moisturizer doesn't work. I recomment Johnson Johnson face wash, doesn't over dry ur skin. && you should try nuetrogena on the spot 2.5% bp instead of going strait to 10%... 10% might irritate ur skin more. And fo a moisturizer cetaphil works but may leave a greasy feel...
