Leave it on over night

i used to put it on in the morning too and leave it on all day, the smell went away after a bit

and then i reapplied again at night

it made a HUGE difference, but after a couple of months for sum reason it lost its effectiveness so i stopped using it

i guess it depends, did u mix it with water first? i used to create a 5-10% tea tree oil solution and then put that all over my face using a cotton ball

but if its 100% tea tree oil i don't know about ur skin, but my skin would not be able to handle that, it would totally dry my skin out like crazyy

Yeah, don't use pure tea tree oil on your skin. I tried it thinking it might help a lot. Well I was wrong. It just dried out my skin like mad. Tea tree oil is perfectly fine to use as a toner or treatment, it's not only a spot treatment. I found that putting tea tree oil all over your skin also helps to prevent blemishes from surfacing.

Like SK guy said, it needs to be diluted, but can definitely be used as a general treatment. Commonly used dilutants are carrier oils like jojoba, or aloe vera gel. It's hard to reliably dilute it with water because it doesn't dissolve.
