Second degree sunburn

So, I finished 'tane at the beginning of July (4-month course), and my skin was flawless (other than a few scars, which were slowly fading). I was outside for literally like 2 and a half hours last Thursday and got so, so badly sunburnt it was untrue. I'm talking bright, bright red, lots of tiny liquid blisters (on my face) etc. I made sure not to pop them. This was a week ago, and because I was pretty much in the middle of nowhere I couldn't get to a doctor/hospital, so had to carry on as normal (didn't really do anything about it). Now it's peeling and the skin underneath is still really red, and uneven on one side despite not touching/peeling.

Anyone had any experiences/can assure me this won't completely scar and ruin all the amazing work accutane did? Thanks!
