Ive been eating a bunch of this stuff lately but I have noticed that its given me some breakouts and caused my skin to become more oily. Im assuming this is because of the insane omega 6/3 ratio, I dont take any omega 3s but do you think if I started supplementing omega 3 oils this would combat the issue? Id hate to cut the Sunbutter out because its a great source of calories for me and its so easy. I can make a sandwich on sprouted grain bread and take it out with me without worrying about having to get fast food when Im out with my friends.
