Hey,

So, i been reading lots of post where people saying taking a couple of vitamins a day helps "clear" their skin. I been taking Vitamin D everyday now for about a week or so and haven't noticed a change yet. I been carious to try omega-3 fish oil, just haven't yet. I guess im just scared that it would makes me break out more. So tell my guys are yall using any vitamins?? What should i give a try? Thanks!

There's alot really. A, almost all B vitamins, D, E, fish oil, zinc...probably a few more I'm forgetting.

I heard Green Tea was good but i started drinking it and after a week

my skin got a lot worse. Guess things work different for other people.

Not much luck with Vitamins either.

you should check my personal regimen, i am the clearest ive been in 8 motnhs from severe acne but i am loosing a little hair :think:

You can look into pills called Perfect Skin, it has all the essential vitamins you need for clear skin. I've researched and found mixed reviews. But I did notice the people whom claimed to have had no results was not taking the recommended amount and did not give it the full time for the pills to take effect.
