Could combining these supplements help?

Beakfast: General Multivitamin

Lunch: B-Complex; E-400+Selenium; Zinc-25mg; Beta Carotene-150,000IU

Dinner: B-Complex; Zinc-25mg; Beta Carotene- 150,000IU

Please give any suggestions. Thanks!

That sounds like far too much beta carotene. I know some say you cannot overdose on it, but I had OD symptoms from it after I gave up on megadose vitamin A due to headaches. I think beta carotene in very high doses can turn you yellow.
