BP in the morning??

Recommended Posts

I've been on the regimen for a couple of weeks now, but only put the BP on at night because when i put it on in the morning, my face gets really oily during the day and makes me break out. My face doesn't seem to be getting any better. Should I start putting BP on in the morning even though it makes me break out during the day???

Yes. BP doesn't make someone break out and doesn't cause increased oiliness. It may cause increased irritation during the adjustment phase but it certainly does not increase your sebaceous gland's output in any way, shape or form.

Start here for the Regimen step-by-step directions.

Please be sure to read the What to expect page as that helps you see what's normal when you're starting out with the Regimen.

The Biggest Mistakes page will help you determine whether or not you should add that product or change up something with regards to the Regimen.

If you continue to have trouble, Having Trouble? will guide you through a series of questions that will help you pinpoint areas of concern with your use of the Regimen.

There's also a series of Frequently Asked Questions that address the most frequent questions that regularly come up.

Yes. As you're not adapted to the full dose of BP and aren't using it twice a day, STOP the AHA use until you're adapted to the BP full dose AND are clear. Refresh your memory by reading those links above; that's in the Biggest Mistakes.
