regimen + dietary + rest + relaxation logging

Okay, day 2 down. Thought I'd post some of the things I'm doing in ADDITION to Dan's Regimen (some things, like not getting enough sleep, might effect results, so I'll keep track of that).

I've never gotten enough rest. I've always been prone to insomnia, so I purchased some melatonin (a liquid version) and it has been working VERY well. Down the road, I'll probably order the larger 2.5% acne.org bp, but for now...I have the sensitive skin Oxy stuff (2.5%), Vichy's Normaderm and Philosophy's Hope in a Jar (all out right now) and/or Cetaphil daily moisturizer.

So starting as of yesterday:

morning: washed skin with Shesheido Luminescent exfoliant, waited a few minutes, added thin layer of bp (waited 10 min), added Gosh primer, then Cetaphil. Added thin later of pure makeup, then cover-stay blemish concealer in fair.

evening: washed skin with Vichy Normaderm cleanser, waited a few minutes, added thin layer of bp (waited 10 min), then bio-oil before bed an hour later or so to help with dryness (I've never had a problem with bio-oil before, and bp makes my skin burn and so terribly dry!)


I think this will be my typical 'plan' for awhile. unless I see...no real results.

1.5 hours walking

tons of blackberries, refried beans with hummus, multivitamin/ zinc-carnosine for ulcer with tea, 1 l water, 1 cup coffee with almond milk, 2 protein shakes, some vegan chocolate.

Today was practically a repeat. :)
