Roaccutane curing eczema??

Recommended Posts

Hey, I've been on roaccutane now for nearly 2 months and at my first derm appointment he checked my back and diagnosed eczema. I never knew I had eczema as I don't look at my back often and just assumed it was patchy dry skin. The derm said he would give me a cream for the eczema but never did prescribe anything. Over the past couple of weeks I have noticed that the eczema has almost completely gone!

Has anyone ever had eczema clear on roaccutane? I've not been doing anything differently and as I said I've had nothing prescribed for my back. I thought, if anything, the roaccutane would make the eczema alot worse with the dryness it causes.

Very weird! Would be interested to know if anybody has experienced this before.
