oatmeal or ricebest anti-acne carbs

I think gluten and wheat is bad

My main cheap options would be oatmeal or rice to get my carb intake up.

I only need 50g carbs extra apart from fruit and vegies

so either

60g rice

or about 75g oatmeal?

I would cook rice adn eat with food

Or grind oatmeal raw into protein shake

Which do you think is best option?

Oatmeal more likely allegergic substances and to cuase acne but lower blood sugar response than rice

50-60g off either is not much to casue bad effect perhaps?

Sweet potato is the best.

Rice is second best as it is gluten free.

Both contain lectins, so soak both for atleast 12 hours in water at room temperature.
