muscle building protein shake

I am trying to build muscle mainly eating only natural food

meat, fish ,eggs, furit and vege

but finding hard to get calories in

DO you think the following ingredients are ok for a shake?

whey protein?

natural yogurt?

full double cream?

yougurt is not that important

but whey for protein and cream for extra fat was my plan?

I could use olive oil but already take in 30-50ml as it is
